Freelance Animator – Stick Animation Project
Join a dynamic project focused on creating engaging stick animation videos for digital platforms. This opportunity is ideal for animators passionate about storytelling through minimalist animation styles. You will be responsible for producing 8-10 minute videos, with two projects assigned per month. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the chance to demonstrate your skills through an initial short test.
Successful performance may lead to further collaboration on additional projects.
- Create high-quality stick animation videos based on provided references and project briefs
- Deliver two completed videos per month, each 8-10 minutes in length
- Participate in a short skills test (20-25 seconds) as part of the selection process
- Collaborate with project leads to ensure animations meet creative and technical standards
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently to achieve the desired style and narrative
- Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of all assigned work
- Proficiency in 2D animation software suitable for stick animation (e.g., Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, or similar)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating animation skills; exact style match not required but preferred
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and reference materials accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness in a remote work environment
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Open to animators at various experience levels, including beginners and juniors
- Availability to take on two projects per month and complete a short skills test
