Stinson Design is a growing visual communications consultancy. We help clients create impactful stories through presentations, corporate templates, and events, delivering premium on‑brand materials and business tools.

• Designing with purpose — understanding the content of presentations and applying design best practices.
• Working closely with clients to create clear, engaging presentations using sharp visuals, animations, and tailored graphics.
• Meeting clients and/or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements of each project.
• Attending project kick‑off and feedback calls with clients and following up as required.
• Ensuring projects meet technical requirements and objectives within scope while upholding brand standards.
• Collaborating with team members from other departments to meet project objectives.
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Presenting ideas and concepts to clients.
• Providing quality assurance – design and content QAing own work to deliver high‑quality results.
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in design and AI.

• 3+ years of presentation design experience.
• 3+ years of experience in client‑facing roles with excellent verbal and written communication, working closely with executives, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, agency environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills.
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and typography.
• Ability to quickly digest information.
• A degree in graphic design or a related field is an asset.

Downtown Toronto / Home Office (3/2 Split)
