We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team as a strong Midweight Designer, working across our roster of paid and organic clients. This role is for a multidisciplinary creative who can work across different specialisms, with a specific strength and preference for video editing and motion graphics. Your key responsibility will be day‑to‑day content creation ranging from high‑quality graphic design to complex video edits.

You’ll be a perfectionist with a strong eye for detail, a self‑starter with a solution‑based mindset, and will define what “good” looks like, utilising AI to innovate and drive projects forward to create award‑winning work.

• Drive day‑to‑day content creation across both paid and organic clients, ensuring every asset is platform‑native and polished.
• Lead on video editing and motion graphics, transforming raw footage into scroll‑stopping social content.
• Produce high‑quality static graphic design work alongside your motion duties.
• Take full ownership of the production process, ensuring technical specs and platform best practices are met every time.

• Command leading video and image generation platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Gen‑3, Topaz) and master prompt engineering to achieve specific, high‑fidelity results.
• Demonstrate a deep curiosity for the social landscape, constantly researching what is trending and new across Tik Tok, Reels, and other platforms.
• Apply a “social‑first” lens to every project, understanding intuitively what works for engagement versus conversion.

• Work collaboratively with strategy, influencer, paid media and other teams to create the absolute best work.
• Manage your own workload with a solution‑based attitude; proactively identify needs and execute.
• Prioritise and drive multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment, meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality.

• Previous agency or in‑house brand experience is a must; you understand the pace of agency life and juggling multiple clients.
• Impressive creative portfolio demonstrating strong capabilities in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro / After Effects) and graphic design (Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator).
• Proven skills in utilising AI tools for video and image generation.
• Perfectionist with an uncompromising eye for detail.
• Solution‑based mindset, self‑starter, can‑do attitude.
• Social‑first capabilities: live on social and know visual trends driving culture.
• Excellent time‑management skills, ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
• Collaborative spirit, happy working autonomously but thrive when contributing to team success.

• Competitive Salary: £33,725 – 39,900 depending on experience, location and role fit.
