Position: Video Producer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $45–$60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-time, project-based (10–20 hours/week, ~3–5 weeks)

• Produce end-to-end video content including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production
• Annotate, caption, and evaluate video content as required by project guidelines
• Organize and structure footage to deliver clear, narrative-driven videos
• Ensure technical accuracy across lighting, sound, resolution, and overall video quality
• Maintain visual consistency and adhere to detailed production standards
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers to deliver content on time

• Strong professional experience in video production across commercial, educational, or creative settings
• Strong command of video production tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Proven storytelling ability and experience structuring concise, engaging video narratives
• Excellent attention to detail and technical execution in filming and editing
• Ability to work independently and deliver polished outputs within short timelines
