As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user-centric designs that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring the highest level of quality and user satisfaction.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive, elegant design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization, fostering a culture of design excellence.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve our design processes and deliverables.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering successful design solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Experience working in the SaaS industry or with enterprise-level applications is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Salary Expectations : $130-160k

Hybrid / Greater Washington DC Area
The Senior Product Designer can expect to work full-time hours, with a blended schedule of onsite / remote work days.
