About Us: London On The Inside (LOTI) is London’s largest independent digital magazine, a trusted voice at the intersection of art, culture, food, and events. We curate the city’s most exciting experiences, from the latest restaurant openings to cutting-edge exhibitions and hidden gems, bringing our audience the best of what London has to offer. Our platform is driven by a passion for discovery and creativity, and our vibrant social media presence, especially on Tik Tok, plays a key role in engaging our community with the dynamic pulse of the city.

Tik Tok:

• Developing creative content ideas that reflect LOTI’s journalistic approach and align with our brand pillars: art & culture, food, and events.
• Focusing on trends relevant to a digital magazine, showcasing experiences in London rather than “person-first” or gimmicky trends.
• Organising, shooting and editing Tik Tok videos that give an insider’s look into London’s cultural landscape.
• Contributing to regular social media series with creative input, organising shoots, and managing other important elements to ensure seamless execution.
• Managing client campaigns using LOTI’s internal documentation and processes.
• Posting content, engaging with the Tik Tok community in line with our brand, and reporting on key performance metrics.

Editorial & LOTI Website Support:

• Writing and publishing daily ad-hoc news articles that enhance our online presence.
• Creating and distributing newsletters that engage and inform our audience.
• Assisting with editorial tasks to support website content and newsletter initiatives.
• Conducting research and staying up-to-date with key insights and trends, turning learnings into creative ideas for LOTI campaigns and content opportunities.

• Passionate about Tik Tok and social media trends, with an understanding of how content can serve an editorial purpose.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Confident in shooting and editing video content using mobile apps like Cap Cut.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen interest in editorial work.
• Experience in content creation, community engagement, and analytics.
• Familiar with the London lifestyle scene, including food, events, and culture.
