This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Bid Design / Writer to make a name for themselves and be a part of setting the new standard for education catering.

• Proposal Development :
  Create, write, and design high‑quality bid proposals that align with client requirements and company standards.
• Content Creation :
  Develop persuasive and informative content for bids, including, where applicable executive summaries, case studies, and tailored responses to proposals, tenders and PPQ’s / SQ’s.
• Visual Design :
  Utilise design software to produce visually appealing and professional proposal documents, incorporating graphics, charts, maps and images.
• Presentations :
  Aid in the presentation process using PowerPoint and creating printed collateral.
• Collaboration :
  Working closely with the sales, design and marketing department, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and coherence.
• Flexible approach :
  Offering wider support when required to the sales, design and marketing teams.
• Quality Assurance :
  Review and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to consultant / client specifications.
• Project Management :
  Manage multiple bid projects simultaneously, ensuring timely submission and compliance with all deadlines and requirements.
• Continuous Improvement :
  Seek feedback on submitted bids and continuously refine and improve proposal strategies and processes.
• Efficiencies :
  Create standardised templates for generic material to ensure consistency across all bids. Research and implement software that will streamline the bid writing / design process. Completing a tender matrix and documenting where to find content for future use.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Graphic Design, English, History or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of using AI is advantageous.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
