Job SummaryWe are seeking a Creative CRO Designer to drive improvements in click‑through rate (CTR) and conversion rate (CVR) across our Amazon listings. This role is focused on creative optimization—crafting, testing, and refining images and content to maximize performance. The ideal candidate combines strong design ability with an analytical mindset, using poll feedback and performance data to produce visuals that convert.
This position will collaborate closely with our marketing and Amazon teams to elevate the visual storytelling and performance of our product pages.
Key Responsibilities- Improve CTR & CVR:
Lead ongoing optimization efforts for Amazon listings through creative testing and design updates - Main Image Design:
Create and refine high‑performing main images using poll feedback (via Intellivy or Product Pinion) - Carousel Image Design:
Develop persuasive and visually consistent carousel content based on poll and performance data - A+ Content Design:
Design engaging, informative, and on‑brand A+ content to improve conversion rates and customer understanding - Ad & Storefront Support:
Collaborate on Sponsored Brand creatives, DSP assets, and storefront design to ensure brand alignment - Tik Tok & External Creative:
Design main images and creatives for Tik Tok or external traffic campaigns where necessary - Creative Testing:
Plan, analyze, and implement test outcomes into new creative iterations
- Proven design experience, ideally within Amazon or eCommerce environments
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or Canva for rapid creative iteration
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work focused on performance or direct‑response results
- Excellent attention to visual detail, consistency, and brand cohesion
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
- Familiarity with Amazon creative formats (main image, A+ content, carousel, Sponsored Brand, and Storefront)
- Experience using polling and testing tools such as Intellivy or Product Pinion
- Understanding of eCommerce CRO principles (CTR, CVR, and visual hierarchy)
- Basic familiarity with data‑driven creative testing and split testing
