Marketing Specialist - Production Artist; Remote

• Execute final production of digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
• Collaborate with designers and marketing managers to prepare deliverables for campaigns
• Manage file organization, naming conventions, and archiving of creative assets
• Perform quality assurance checks for layout, typography, and image resolution
• Support updates to marketing templates and assist with internal presentations as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in a production or graphic design role, preferably in a corporate marketing or agency environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Strong understanding of print production processes and digital asset optimization
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Proficiency using Canva’s Visual Suite
• Knowledge of variable data publishing software
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment with established brand systems
