Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and aesthetic-driven Social Media Manager (part-time) to elevate our brand presence on Instagram, Tik Tok, and Reddit. In this role, you'll be responsible for curating visually appealing, engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetic design, understands platform trends, and is passionate about building a community.

This is a flexible, part-time position with hours that can be tailored to fit your schedule.

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies for Instagram, Tik Tok, and Reddit
• Curate and create high-quality, visually compelling content (photos, videos, stories, etc.) that aligns with brand aesthetics
• Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness through strategic posting and community engagement
• Monitor trends & analyze performance data and adjust strategies to improve engagement and growth
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns

• Proven experience managing Instagram, Tik Tok, and Reddit accounts
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail in content creation
• Creative, trend-aware, and able to adapt content to suit each platform
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience engagement, and analytics
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
• A portfolio or examples of past social media content that showcases your aesthetic and creativity
