What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Qs) from start to finish
- Produce compelling visuals and assist in interview preparations
- Collaborate with technical staff to develop marketing qualification packages
- Showcase graphic design skills and advanced writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Utilize proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite to create marketing materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism is a plus
- Advanced understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience in producing marketing and proposal materials within the AEC industry
- Strong creative flair for visual presentation and design
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
