We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, design, and culture. This role requires someone who can craft scroll-stopping visuals—both static and short-form motion—that power high-performing ads and social campaigns for a luxury lifestyle brand rooted in scent, sensation, and unrestrained creativity.
If you’re a designer with an editorial eye and the versatility to move between ads, social, and brand design, this role is for you. You’ll be working on content that ranges from striking static ads to short-form videos and motion loops—always with the goal of making people pause mid-scroll.

- Produce ads, social content, and campaign visuals that grab attention and drive engagement
- Create mood boards, concepts, and templates aligned with the brand’s aesthetic
- Design across formats: static graphics, branded layouts, packaging assets, and ad variations
- Apply a trend-aware, culture-first lens to ensure creative feels fresh yet elevated
- Edit and animate short-form ads, reels, and stories for Instagram, Tik Tok, and paid media
- Repurpose existing content into new ad formats and variations
- Experiment with AI-generated visuals and new media tools to push creative boundaries
- Build repeatable templates and systems to scale content output efficiently
- 3–5+ years in graphic design, multimedia, or motion design
- Experience designing for ads, social, or content-driven brands (fashion, lifestyle, media a plus)
- Portfolio that shows both strong design and motion/video work
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), plus Figma or Canva
- Bonus:
Experience with AI creative tools (Runway ML, Midjourney, Kaiber, etc.) - Strong conceptual thinker with an editorial/fashion sensibility
- Self-driven, collaborative, and excited to push creative boundaries in digital ads
