• Learn and apply FPM’s media capture standards.
• Hire, train, and manage photographers and drone pilots.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to customers at all times.
• Become highly knowledgeable of Full Package Media’s products and use that expertise to sell and up‑sell to customers.
• Contribute to a positive vibe and high energy in the office.
• Build and develop leaders on the team.
• Hold photographers to a high standard, ensuring customers receive the best experience.
• Address escalations, diffuse situations, and prevent repeat mistakes.
• Track weekly stats and numbers to keep the location on target for success.
• Attend weekly management meetings to discuss stats and receive coaching from the district manager.
• Lead weekly team meetings to educate, inspire, and motivate the photography team.
• Perform quality‑assurance reviews of media and ensure on‑time delivery of all media to customers daily.
• Maintain equipment including cameras, drones, and other media gear.
• Take ownership of complex issues and find resolutions.
• Complete remote work every other Saturday morning.
