We are looking for a skilled Graphic who also has good knowledge of video editing to design and edit our visual and video format content.

A graphic designer in our company will design, edit, propose, and create new ideas for visual communicating materials for the website, all social media platforms, and physical world publications. The graphic designer should be able to suggest ideas for stories and see them through to publication. We expect excellent organizational and leadership skills and a unique problem‑solving ability.

• Responsibility for carrying out extensive graphic design projects for PA
• Creating assets (static and video) for website, workshops, and events
• Work on a variety of projects, from interview‑focused videos, editing tutorials, creating graphics, logos, and advertisements
• Edit multiple videos and formats, both unscripted and scripted, from raw footage to the final product
• Staying close to other team members to share ideas, successes, and challenges

• BA Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Design / A related field or equivalent practical experience
• At least 1 year of video editing, visual graphics, or animation design experience.
• Based in Istanbul and can work with our team from our Kagithane office
• Experience in videography
• You have considerable proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects)
• Experience in Figma or other UI/UX design tools is a plus
• A passion for learning and keeping up with the cutting‑edge technologies
• A maker/builder mentality
• Being obsessively detail‑oriented
• Openness to feedback
• A solution‑driven personality, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
