• Create high‑impact marketing visuals: produce engaging video ads, static creatives, and digital assets that drive user acquisition across major platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Google, ASA, etc.).
• Work closely with the Growth Team and designers to understand creative performance, learn from data, and contribute fresh ideas for improving engagement and conversions.
• Turn marketing goals into visual stories that strengthen Stoikk’s brand and attract new users.
• Keep up with creative trends and audience behaviors to inspire new ideas and experiments.
• Explore new tools (including AI‑powered workflows) to improve creative quality, speed, and innovation.
• Share ideas for new visual styles, formats, and storytelling approaches for A/B testing.
• Help maintain brand consistency and high creative standards across all visuals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• A portfolio that shows creativity, visual impact, and understanding of digital marketing visuals.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite; especially After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Curiosity about global marketing trends, design, animation, and AI‑powered creative tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast‑paced, experimental environment.
