You’ll own Gamma's visual editor and creative output—the canvas where millions of users bring their ideas to life. This means driving every aspect of how people create, edit, and share: from the blocks and layouts they compose with, to the polished slides, docs, and websites they export. You’ll shape both the editor experience and the final artifacts users show the world, collaborating closely with design and engineering to push the boundaries of what's possible in AI‑powered visual communication.

Your work directly impacts activation and retention n you improve layout flexibility or refine how AI generates content, millions of users feel it immediately. This role demands someone who can think in systems while obsessing over pixels, balance ambitious vision with pragmatic execution, and move fast without sacrificing craft.

Our team has a strong in‑office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.

Own the visual editor and all creative outputs—present mode, document view, and export formats (PDF, PowerPoint, PNG, responsive webpage)

Drive the building blocks of creation: text editing, images, layout systems, and the range of visual expression users can achieve

Shape AI interactions for design—how users change layouts, refine styling, and generate new content with intelligence that feels effortless

Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure performance, usability, and polish meet the bar of best‑in‑class prosumer tools

Define and drive key metrics around activation and user retention, using data to inform prioritization and measure impact

Build systems that scale—balancing expressiveness with simplicity as we grow to 100M+ users

5+ years of product management experience at fast‑moving consumer or prosumer companies, with a track record of shipping highly visual, polished products

Deep product craft: you’ve partnered with top‑tier designers and engineers to create magical user experiences that balance high polish with high velocity

Systems thinking combined with attention to detail: you can architect scalable frameworks while obsessing over the final pixel

Hands‑on execution mindset: you’re comfortable diving into Figma, building prototypes in code, or working alongside engineers to bring ideas to life quickly

Entrepreneurial drive and ownership: you’ve demonstrated the ability to achieve ambitious goals with minimal guidance in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments

Bonus:
Experience building content editors, website builders, design tools, or similar creative platforms
