• Design and execute a high‑impact PR strategy to elevate Baires Dev’s presence in major tech and business media.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key reporters and editors, ensuring ongoing coverage and engagement.
• Craft compelling thought leadership pieces, press releases, and media pitches that cut through the noise.
• Coordinate media exposure strategy for Baires Dev’s top executives, securing speaking opportunities at leading industry events.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing actionable insights and PR performance reports to stakeholders.

• 3+ years in Public Relations with a proven track record in media placements.
• Experience engaging directly with top‑tier media journalists.
• Previous experience in tech PR (in‑house or at an agency working with tech clients).
• Flawless English—you know how to craft a pitch that gets journalists’ attention.
• A storyteller mindset—you can turn complex topics into compelling, media‑worthy narratives.
