Position Overview

As a Content Strategist Dubai, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies that align with our clients' goals. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create engaging and strategically aligned content concepts for social media and commercial campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, exceptional storytelling abilities, and a proven track record of crafting actionable creative briefs.

You will transform ideas into compelling narratives and creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager:
    Participate in client meetings to capture content needs, brand voice, and campaign goals, ensuring that you fully understand the direction of each project.

  • Creative Concept Development:
    Create unique and engaging concepts for Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social media platforms. Develop creative storytelling approaches for commercial video projects that align with client objectives and engage their target audience.

  • Content Briefs Creation:
    Write detailed content briefs, including mood boards, references, and technical requirements to guide the production team in executing high-quality creative work.

  • Campaign Messaging:
    Write impactful scripts, taglines, and messaging that effectively communicate campaign objectives while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Research & Trend Monitoring:
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media practices. Use this knowledge to inspire fresh, relevant ideas that can help drive campaign success.

  • Collaboration with the Creative Director:
    Work closely with the Creative Director to refine concepts before production to ensure all creative output meets high standards and aligns with client expectations.

  • Cross-Team Communication:
    Facilitate smooth communication between ideation, production, and post-production teams to ensure the cohesive execution of campaigns and maintain consistent messaging throughout.

  • Brand & Audience Alignment:
    Ensure that all creative output aligns with the client’s brand identity, campaign objectives, and audience engagement strategies. Your work will help clients connect with their target audience in meaningful ways.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Creative Copywriter, or in a similar role.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling, campaign strategy, and social media content planning.

  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Tik Tok, and emerging trends.

  • Ability to create compelling mood boards and creative references.

  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different brands and audiences.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

  • Experience in commercial video production and working with video teams.

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.

  • Understanding of SEO and content performance metrics.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Zoho.
