As an Image Editor on the Masters Team you will edit raw photo files from on-model, hollow-body and lay-flat product shoots to create master files that will be used to create finished product images for our wholesale accounts and Fanatics DTC sites. You will work on a range of products that includes apparel, jerseys and headwear. You’ll use your strong attention to detail and solid work ethic daily.

• Editing raw photos to create layered master files and finished product images.
• Digital asset management and documentation.
• Development of photo realistic art application with a strong understanding of digital fabric recreation.
• Ensures product images meet quality and company standards.
• Coordinates with cross functionally.
• Troubleshoots and resolves image issues.
• Manages and tracks progress on assigned tasks through various interfaces.
• Organizes tasks to meet deadlines and adapts to a high-volume production environment.
• Performs image auditing for quality and standards.
• Meets all goals and deadlines.

• Have 5+ years’ experience in product imaging or graphic design.
• Extensive knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator with working knowledge of layers, masks, paths, actions, effects, color correction tools and workflow.
• Understand lighting textures, garment finishes, various applications, etc.
• Are proficient with software tools:
  Microsoft Excel and Mac OS.
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills, both verbal and written.
• Possess a strong attention to detail.
• 3D imaging experience a plus.
• A high-level creative image editor.
• Driven by challenge.
• A methodical troubleshooter and has a proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Self-driven and able to effectively collaborate in a multi-team environment.
• Meticulous.
• Comfortable working with high volumes.
• A great team player, but can work independently.
• Comfortable with gray areas and can work with exceptions being the rule.
• Excited to learn new things.
