About the Role — Creative Strategist
In this role, you’ll lead creative strategy for two of our flagship brands:
Skull Bliss and Noro Arts
.
While Skull Bliss celebrates intricate craftsmanship and cultural heritage, Noro Arts focuses on contemporary design — creating modern objects that fuse artistic expression with clean, minimal aesthetics.
- Develop creative strategies and concepts for performance campaigns across Meta (and occasionally other platforms such as App Lovin or Google) for our brands Skull Bliss and Noro Arts
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity to generate data-driven creative insights
- Write clear, actionable creative briefs for our content team and collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and videographers
- Develop storylines, hooks, and visual directions for new ads (both video and image formats)
- Identify creative test hypotheses and translate key metrics (CTR, hook rate, ROAS, etc.) into actionable improvements
- Continuously optimize existing creatives based on performance data
- Research social media and advertising trends to refine and evolve our brands’ creative direction
- Experience in Creative Strategy, ideally in a performance-driven environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to creative decisions
- Proven experience in writing creative briefs and collaborating with performance and design teams
- A conceptual thinker with a strong sense for storytelling, visuals, and hooks that resonate on Facebook and Instagram
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently
- We are a proud Remote Working Employer! Let us know your favourite out-of-office workplace and lead a “work from everywhere” lifestyle
- Keep your balance with flexible working hours keeping the peak periods in mind where we’d need your flexibility in working hours. We create family-friendly surroundings by offering part-time and flexible working hours, respecting commercial peak times (festive seasons/sale periods)
- The freedom to actively participate in shaping operational marketing and the opportunity to develop professionally
- A culture of trust, empowerment and constructive feedback in a positive and inspiring work atmosphere
- Dynamic team with flat hierarchies, short decision paths and an open and positive feedback culture
- Personal discounts
