About the Team:

The Customer Advocacy Program Manager will be instrumental in scaling our customer advocacy programs by driving the creation and optimization of our operational engine. This role is responsible for creating and refining content workflows, producing a high volume of customer content, and ensuring the efficient amplification of the customer voice across various channels.
