Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our agency in a hybrid/remote position in Northeast, Ohio. This role is responsible for producing engaging visual content including web sites, landing pages, brand identities, sales collateral, email campaigns, social graphics, interactive media, and promotional assets that support marketing initiatives and campaign objectives.

You will collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure designs are visually compelling and effective across platforms. While the primary focus is digital, you’ll also assist with occasional print and offline projects to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

• Create high-quality digital and brand assets for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and paid media, each optimized for performance, user experience, and platform requirements
• Provide occasional design support for presentations, internal communications, and print materials, such as direct mail or event collateral
• Help build and maintain design systems for clients to ensure a consistent, scalable brand presence across all digital campaigns and platforms
• Support web design and UX/UI projects, from wireframes to prototypes, ensuring designs are user‑friendly and goal‑driven
• Manage projects and communicate with team via project management software
• Stay current on design trends, digital best practices, and accessibility standards
• Work remotely while remaining available, responsive, and productive during standard business hours

• Bachelor's Degree Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field
• 4+ years of experience in digital or marketing design (agency experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience creating marketing and social media graphics for B2B audiences
• Familiarity with responsive design, Word Press layouts, and web asset preparation
• Understanding of typography, layout, and design systems
• Experience preparing files for print/working with printers is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Click Up, Slack, and others
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across a range of digital platforms and use cases
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain design concepts to cross‑functional teams
