Project Manager

Our studio is looking for freelance project managers with agency experience for remote contract positions to oversee brand projects, website content development, website design and development, marketing campaigns, and more.

• At least 2 years of experience working within a design or development agency. Agency experience as a project manager is a requirement.
• Multidisciplinary production experience — must have successfully produced/managed web design and development projects and creative/design projects from discovery through execution.
• A command of leading PM tools.
• History of delivering projects on time and on budget.

A strong candidate will be an expert in the following tools:

• Trello
• Slack
• Google Docs, Slides, Sheets

Your core responsibilities will be:

• Lead multiple projects from discovery, strategy, design, development to production phases.
• Support our Technology Director to manage the complex development process in technical projects.
• Manage projects with agency PM tools according to agency processes.
• Work with the Directors on quality control, assessing all deliverables and client-facing communications before they ship.
• Work closely with the Account Director on managing the client relationship and health of projects.
• Work with the Director of Production to plan, strategize, resource, collaborate, and solve problems.
• Communicate with clients, fielding feedback, questions, and scope creep.
• Manage each project’s scope and timeline to keep it on track and within budget.

• Compensation is dependent on experience and typically ranges between $45 – $60/hour.

• We are a fully remote team and are open to all US locations.
