Bid Manager / Framework Manager – National / Remote – Reputable Tier 1 Building Main Contractor

COMPANY

Our client is a growing Tier 1 Building Main Contractor, looking to hire a Bid Manager to join their national frameworks team.

They are open to consider candidates nationwide, with the option to base out of any of their network of UK offices, with the role to be predominately remote working.

There would be the requirement to visit their preconstruction HQ office in Birmingham roughly once every 3 months.

This company operate across a wide range of construction sectors including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, MOJ and Defence.

REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this Bid Manager role you must meet the following criteria:

-Seeking candidates that have previous experience working in a Bid Manager, Submissions Manager or Framework Manager role.

-Candidates will likely have a literacy, bid writing, marketing or similar type background, this is not a “technical / engineering” focussed bid manager role.

-Ideally previous experience bidding on public sector construction projects (Education, Health, MOD, MOJ, Blue Light etc). Civils sector framework projects may also be considered.

-Open to consider candidates with experience working for construction Main contractors, Consultancies or Sub contractors.

-Must be eligible to work in the UK, this employer does not have a sponsorship licence.
