Construction Project Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Construction Project Manager based in Chattanooga, TN, with some flexibility for remote work. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Proven experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management to oversee all aspects of building projects effectively.
• Strong skills in Project Management and Project Coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects to manage costs effectively and allocate resources efficiently.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools is preferred.
• Understanding of construction safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements is an advantage.
