We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion within the Welwyn Garden City Business unit. This position is project based, with flexibility for occasional remote working.

You will be working within our Construction London & Home Counties business, where you will:

• Successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion
• Deliver work that meets project requirements
• Work autonomously with self-awareness on when and where to get support
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the project

Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on education, leisure residential and prison schemes between £15 and £50 million.

• As an experienced Project Manager, you will have a good understanding of JCT, NEC contracts and government frameworks. You will be educated to degree, HNC/HND level or be professional qualified in a relevant technical discipline.
• You will have proven experience of working with and managing contractors on complex construction projects. You will also have a good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance.
