Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor who thrives on autonomy and delivering results? We are recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to support delivery on industrial and commercial schemes across the UK. This is a largely remote role, with occasional travel to sites.

Key Responsibilities- Lead commercial and cost management activities across projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Prepare and review cost plans, budgets, forecasts, valuations and final accounts.
- Manage procurement, subcontract packages, contract administration and negotiations.
- Provide commercial guidance and reporting to project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure robust contract and cost control, driving value and financial performance.
Work autonomously while collaborating with project teams to deliver commercial objectives.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience working on industrial or commercial schemes.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in cost planning, reporting, procurement and contract administration.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own workload and make sound commercial decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant construction or commercial qualification (e.g., MRICS/Assoc
RICS or equivalent).
- Competitive salary up to £80,000 per annum plus package.
