MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team in Glasgow. You will play a key role in supporting our construction clients by developing and implementing procurement and commercial strategies across various projects.

• Provide pre- and post-contract quantity surveying and commercial support for MEP systems.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for installations and upgrades.
• Manage cost and change control processes, adjusting budgets as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to clarify requirements and provide updates.
• Prepare and present detailed cost reports on MEP-related expenses.
• Conduct monthly project evaluations to assess progress and address issues.
• Oversee contract administration and compliance.
• Handle change management processes, including evaluating cost impacts and negotiations.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience with cost-estimating software and data modeling tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the Data Centre industry.
