We are a well-established Mechanical & Electrical contractor delivering high-quality building services solutions across the South East. Our projects include commercial new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs and high‑end residential developments. With a strong and growing order book, we are looking to strengthen our pre‑construction team with an experienced Electrical Estimator.

We are seeking a detail‑driven Electrical Estimator to join our team based in Dunmow. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a variety of commercial and high‑end residential projects. • Prepare detailed electrical estimates from drawings, specifications and tender documents
• Carry out take‑offs and produce accurate cost breakdowns
• Obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Attend site visits and pre‑tender meetings where required
• Identify value engineering opportunities
• Work closely with project managers and directors during handover
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure tenders are submitted accurately and within deadlines

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within an M&E contractor
• Strong understanding of commercial, refurbishment, fit‑out and high‑end residential projects
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in estimating software and Excel
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
