tied to project outcomes: - Schedule:key milestones hit and project delivered on time
- Budget:costs controlled and change orders managed cleanly
- Quality:strong closeout standards (low rework/callbacks, clean punch, organized turnover)
- Run day‑to‑day construction operations on site
- Plan sequencing and lead trades with clarity and accountability
- Maintain a strong network of trades and suppliers; protect relationships and performance
- Track schedule, budget, and progress reporting—no surprises

- Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and documentation
- Coordinate long‑lead procurement, inspections, closeout, and warranty follow‑through
- Residential construction management experience (renovations and/or custom homes)
- Strong trade/supplier relationships—or a proven ability to build them quickly
- High standards and sharp judgment: you catch issues early and resolve them cleanly
- Confidence with scheduling, budgets, and change management
- Comfort with project management tools and documentation workflows
- Degree/certifications are welcome but not required—field competence matters most
