  • Travel to project site and oversee initial building set
  • Work extended days during active installation phases
  • Coordinate equipment, site logistics, and local subcontractors
  • Communicate progress updates and material needs with office staff
  • Complete final quality walkthroughs and documentation before demobilization
  • Return to home base before next scheduled deployment
What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience
  • General construction experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in dynamic field conditions
  • Excellent communication skills with both field crews and office personnel
  • OSHA knowledge and strong commitment to jobsite safety
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally for extended periods
  • Professional, team‑oriented leadership style
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Travel‑based role with meaningful leadership responsibility
  • Full benefits after 90 days, including:
  • Medical insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • Life insurance

  • Company‑provided safety training and PPE
  • Leadership development and advancement opportunities
  • Faith‑based, values‑driven company culture
  • Supportive environment focused on personal, professional, and spiritual growth
  • Team‑oriented, respectful work culture aligned with CMC’s core values of Creative, Honor, Respect, Integrity, Synergy, and Total Ownership

This role is best suited for a strong, steady leader who can take ownership of projects in the field, represent CMC professionally nationwide, and deliver safe, high‑quality modular installations under real‑world jobsite conditions.
