Junior Quantity Surveyor (Working From Home)
Key responsibilities include:
- Consolidate tender documents and drawings to latest.
- Study tender documents and tender drawings to understand the tender scope of works.
- Plan and execute Quantity Taking Off (QTO) works approach and timeline.
- Perform measurement works based on documents and drawings provided, in accordance with the Singapore Standard Method of Measurement, including picking up itemised items for QTO and ensuring completeness of works within the specific timeline.
- Review tender specification & drawings, capture amendments.
- Input quantities to BQ with complete cost code, full breakdown of works with complete description, within the timeline.
- Raise tender queries and/or consolidate tender queries and send to Singapore counterpart.
- Communicate with project department related to tender scope of works and involve in technical discussion.
- Complete deliverables in accordance to the timeline as communicated by Singapore counterpart.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time related to tenders/projects.
- Review tender specifications and drawings.
- Architectural (Manual) - Autodesk Design Review.
- Structural (Manual) - Autodesk Design Review or Structural.
- External Works & Miscellaneous (Manual Measurement) - Autodesk Design Review.
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
