Quantity Surveyor

Project Quantity Surveyor Dungannon Up to £50k + Bonus + Vehicle + Fuel Full-Time/Hybrid Great opportunity to join an award winning main contractor working on residential, commercial, education and infrastructure projects across NI. We're seeking Quantity Surveyors who are comfortable working across the full project lifecycle. What you'll be doing:
Procure and appoint subcontractors in line with project requirements. Manage subcontractor packages from award through to final account. Prepare and submit interim valuations and variations. Monitor project costs and support effective commercial control. Liaise with Contracts Managers and site teams to ensure smooth delivery. Carry out site visits to review progress and completed works. Ensure compliance with company procedures and commercial processes.

What you'll bring:
Relevant 3rd Level Qualification 3+ years experience in a similar, preferably main contractor Good working knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts Full UK driving license In return:
