Dartford (Hybrid - UK Re-Cladding Projects)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Package

Our client is a growing construction consultancy delivering specialist commercial support across façade and building envelope schemes throughout the UK. With a strong pipeline of remediation and re-cladding projects, they are continuing to expand their commercial team.

Based from the Dartford office, this position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with projects located nationwide. There will be travel to site as required, balanced with remote working flexibility.

You will take commercial responsibility for re-cladding and façade remediation projects, overseeing costs from pre-construction through to final account. The role requires strong contractual awareness, cost control and the ability to manage change effectively within live or occupied buildings.

• Preparation of detailed cost plans for re-cladding works
• Procurement and subcontractor package management
• Contract administration and commercial reporting
• Valuations, payment applications and certifications
• Managing variations and change control
• Risk management and forecasting
• Final account negotiation and agreement
• Liaising with clients, contractors and design teams

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Proven experience delivering re-cladding, façade remediation or building envelope projects
• Strong understanding of UK construction contracts
• Excellent commercial reporting and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working across multiple UK sites
• Full UK driving licence preferred
