Job Opening:
Traveling Golf Course Construction Superintendent

We are looking for a Construction Superintendent who wants to build and renovate some of the top-rated golf courses in the world. This is a traveling role for someone who loves the work and takes pride in winning.

• Travel:
  Go where the work is. You’ll be on-site at major renovations and new builds across the country and potentially the globe.
• Lead:
  Manage crews and subcontractors to keep the project on schedule and up to elite standards.
• Solve Problems:
  Handle the daily challenges of construction—weather, logistics, and site conditions—without missing a beat.
• Build:
  Oversee everything from shaping and drainage to irrigation and final grassing.

• Experience:
  
  At least 5 years in golf course construction/renovation
• Skills:
  
  You know how to read plans, manage a budget, and lead a team.
• Mindset:
  You have a "win, win, win" attitude. You aren't happy unless the job is perfect and the client is thrilled.
• Availability:
  You are fully willing and able to travel for long-term projects.
