Job Description

We are seeking Traveling Superintendents to manage projects nationwide, focusing on commercial, industrial, and datacenter sectors.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

+ Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

+ Supervise subcontractors and construction activities on-site.

+ Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

+ Schedule project timelines and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Essential Skills

+ 5-25 years of experience as a Project Superintendent, preferably as a Traveling Superintendent.

+

Experience with ground-up projects valued at $15 million or more.

+ Proficient in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Excel.

Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue generation and maintaining repeat customers.

+ Experience leading projects from start to finish.

Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
