Position: Construction Project Manager (Manufacturing/ CPG)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage CPG construction projects and smaller business imperative projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Direct all phases of construction project management from feasibility to project close-out
  • Serve as the single point of contact for field execution with key stakeholders and contractors
  • Prepare and update project status reports and maintain financial tracking files
  • Actively track project performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and scope delivery
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 3-7 years of construction project management experience
  • Proven expertise in managing high-growth multi-site/multi-state locations
  • Proficiency in construction budget management and tracking systems (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with planning, operations, and manufacturing within the construction sector
  • Ability to perform ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision
  • High level of critical thinking and professionalism in dealing with confidential information
  • Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Valid driver’s license and approval by state badging agency to work in the cannabis industry
