• Ensure actual construction costs align with forecasted expectations and support Construction Administration of contracts
• Manage data inputs between accounting software and construction management tools
• Own and maintain various KPI schedules and databases related to projects and contracts
• Create and monitor a system of controls for recording fixed assets and track construction in progress
• Conduct analysis related to fixed assets and provide insights on financial performance trends to senior management

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant industry (construction, real estate, and/or tech)
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of construction cost accounting
• Proficient in the Windows and Office 365 environment
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and perform well in a fast-paced environment

• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA)
• Knowledge of GAAP and experience with Yardi Voyager and Procore
• Data Center or Construction industry experience
• Strong critical thinking skills and a proven ability to drive efficiencies
• Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities
