Proline Internals Ltd is a dynamic and expanding specialist contractor based in Birmingham. Specializing in commercial drylining packages, we serve clients nationwide, with a primary focus on the Midlands region. With over 8 years of consistent growth, we are now seeking to fill key positions within our organisation.

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and will have the opportunity to progress into a senior role for the company.

• Estimating
• Finding tender opportunities
• Cost control
• BOQ preparation
• Cost management
• Cost planning
• Cost reporting
• Working predominantly in Birmingham with flexibility for remote work arrangements

• Experience in quantity surveying and estimating
• Strong Drylining background/experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Ideally relevant professional certifications (e.g., RICS) and qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related field
