Overview
We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Thames Water Framework team working on two projects in Surrey.
Location:
working from home from offices and sites in the Surrey area.
Hours:
45 hours per week, with some flexibility on hours available if desired.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you ll play a vital role in the commercial management of our water framework projects, from early contractor involvement through to construction completion.
- Managing project valuations, cashflows and financial forecasts, including preparing comprehensive monthly cost reports
- Ensuring compliance with procurement strategies, handling subcontract tenders and reviews
- Providing expert contractual advice on change orders and subcontractor administration
- Developing margin improvement plans and identifying commercial opportunities
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering an inclusive working environment
- You hold a degree in Commercial/ Construction or a related field
- You have commercial experience working with a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure
- You're comfortable working with various contract forms and documentation
- You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building relationships
- You have a full UK driving licence
