A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious Building Surveyor to join their established team. The role offers exposure to various sectors and the opportunity for career progression and APC support. Ideal candidates will have a BSc in Building Surveying or working towards chartership, strong AutoCAD skills, and experience in refurbishing existing buildings. The position offers a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 based on experience, alongside a contributory pension and 25 days' annual leave.
