Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Redwood City, CA, allowing for a combination of office-based and remote work. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. The role includes supervising construction teams, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing effective project controls.

You will work closely with clients, contractors, and design professionals to deliver high-quality public works projects, particularly in the field of water resources.

Qualifications
  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and staff management
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight for large-scale construction projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and best practices
  • Extensive experience in Construction processes, methodologies, and techniques
  • Expertise in Project Control, including scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as PMP or relevant industry certifications is preferred
  • Experience working on water resource or public works projects is highly valued
