The role:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, youll work closely with the Regional Director , gaining real exposure to senior decision-making while playing a key role in the commercial success and growth of the division. This is a hands-on role where your input will genuinely matter. Were looking for someone who has: A minimum of 5 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction or civil engineering.

Experience working for a Main Contractor or Consultancy (both backgrounds considered). A proactive, motivated mindset with a desire to help grow and shape a business unit. Strong communication and negotiation skills. A genuine passion for civil engineering and construction.
