What the role involves:

• Taking the lead on a variety of building surveying instructions – including surveys, defect reports, and technical advice
• Overseeing projects from initial design through to completion – including managing contractors, timelines, and client relationships
• Working on conservation and heritage buildings as well as modern commercial and residential schemes
• Getting involved in neighbourly matters (party wall, boundary disputes, etc.), CDM compliance, and expert witness work where appropriate
• Supporting the next generation of surveyors – the team includes APC candidates who would value your guidance

• MRICS or FRICS-qualified Building Surveyor
