Asbestos Surveyor - Fully remote

£33,000 to £36,000 plus £4,800 car allowance

An established consultancy is hiring and looking to move quickly. This is a pure surveying role. No analyst work, no shifting goalposts. The hiring manager is clear on that and it's why surveyors tend to stay. The role is largely site based, typically four days out with one day working from home for reporting. There's no fixed office requirement and no micromanagement.

The team is long‑standing, with very low staff turnover. They are keen to bring in someone who wants to build a career rather than treat this as a short stop.

• Asbestos management and refurbishment surveys
• Re-inspections and sampling
• Producing clear, accurate reports
• Providing practical remedial recommendations

• BOHS P402 minimum
• Experience as an asbestos surveyor
• Confident report writing
• Happy to travel

• £33,000 to £36,000 basic
• £4,800 car allowance
• All travel paid
• Home working built in
