• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for the employer’s integrated solutions portfolio
• Grow profitable sales that meet or exceed regional sales budgets by targeting key contractors and projects
• Generate proposals highlighting technical performance and financial impact of solutions offered
• Build relationships with end-users, including distributors and contractors, to promote product adoption
• Conduct market intelligence and analyze territory performance to enhance sales strategies

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior construction or field sales
• Strong understanding of the construction process and ability to interpret related documentation
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and influencing others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF editor, Plan Grid, and other related software
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Experience in roles such as installer, foreman, superintendent, estimator, project manager, or project engineer
• Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated self-motivation and a passion for success
