What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage all aspects of a construction program, ensuring completion on time and within budget
  • Create and manage project budgets; communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients
  • Prepare detailed estimates based on technical specifications and site visits
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractor proposals and agreements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, subcontractors, and vendors simultaneously
  • Proficiency in producing detailed fixed‑price estimates using RS Means or other unit price books
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field desired but not required
