• £55,000 – £80,000 salary (DOE)
• Bonus scheme
• Company vehicle or car allowance (van or pickup available)
• Overtime paid (1.25x after 47 hours Mon‑Fri | Double time weekends & Bank Holidays)
• £700+ Christmas bonus potential (based on Bank Holidays worked)
• £50 per day meal allowance when working away

• Managing projects end‑to‑end from planning and site set‑up to final handover
• Overseeing site teams, labour, subcontractors and material logistics
• Running projects on‑site when required, ensuring quality, safety and programme delivery
• Monitoring costs, budgets and efficiencies across multiple contracts
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials to meet programme requirements
• Using and overseeing modern technology including laser‑guided and satellite‑based positioning systems
• Managing client and stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

• Proven experience as a Projects Manager or Contracts Manager within groundworks, civils or specialist installations
• Commercial awareness with experience tracking costs and efficiencies
• Basic understanding of laser, GPS or total station equipment (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently with full ownership of projects
