Sphere Solutions are working with a highly successful, award-winning construction contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive business with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality recladding and refurbishment projects across the UK.

As Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The role will involve managing both operational and commercial aspects while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will typically spend 2-3 days per week on site, with the remainder of your time spent at head office or working from home.

• Manage multiple construction and recladding projects simultaneously
• Lead and support Project Managers and site teams
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Maintain excellent client relationships and represent the company professionally
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project delivery processes

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within construction
• Background in recladding, façade refurbishment, or external envelope works is highly advantageous
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites nationally
