Senior Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Contractor

RMJ Construction & Development, Inc. invites applications for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team working on the MoD framework. The role involves major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £60m.

With a turnover of over £1bn, RMJ is one of the UK's leading construction groups operating across education, defence, custodial, commercial and leisure sectors. The initial projects are new build and refurbishment projects on local RAF bases under the MoD framework valued at £400m+ and a pipeline of £3bn over the next 5 years.

• £62,500 – £75,000 basic salary

• Experience working with a building contractor
• Experience dealing with final accounts
• Industry related qualification

• Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
• Dealing with variations and valuations
• Input during pre-construction stage
• Production of CVRs

To qualify for the higher rate, you must demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £5m+.
